For your first song, it sounds pretty amazing. Just by the name of it being "Chilly Billy" and the song having what I would describe as an "elegant" tone, I can see this song being played in a winter themed area of a video game. The reverb of the song also makes it feel older, as if it originated from an old flash game. I'm mostly thinking of the Run series when it comes to old flash games, since the song sounds like it would fit in there the most.
All in all, it's a cool looped styled track with a nice tone to back it up. The loop style/repetition might not be for anyone, but I can say that it works extremely well here.
